2012 Divisional Council Elections

Members are advised that in accordance with Clause 6.3 of the Constitution, one half of the Divisional Council will retire from office at each Annual General Meeting.

Nominations are hereby called for the six positions on the Divisional Council declared vacant. A nomination form is enclosed.

The term of office for a Divisional Councillor is two years and will commence immediately after the conclusion of the 2012 Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 15 March 2011. 

You are eligible to nominate for Divisional Council if you are a financial member of the Victorian Division in the category of Provisional Associate, Graduate, Provisional Member, Associate, Fellow or Life Fellow. 

The following retiring Councillors are eligible for re-election: 

  1. Malcolm Ashby                              2. I Flynn                                3.  R Reed

Notice of 2012 Annual General Meeting

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of members of the Victorian Division will be held at the Divisional Office, 10 Beach Street, Port Melbourne on Thursday 15 March 2012 at 6:00pm

 

Business:

1.   To confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 24thMarch 2011.

  1. To receive the report of the Divisional Council, the financial accounts and balance sheet and the Auditor’s Report thereon for the year ended 31 December 2011.
  2. To announce the result of the ballot for Divisional Councillors.
  3. To deal with any other business that may be brought forward in conformity with the Constitution and Rules.
