API Excellence in Property Awards Victoria and Tasmania

The API Excellence in Property Awards, now in its eleventh year, were held in the ANZ Pavilion
at the Arts Centre Melbourne.

To celebrate the awards an assembly of Property professionals, industry leaders and kindred bodies were
drawn together to acknowledge and honour winners in their respective categories.

High calibre nominations were received in all categories in 2011; of particular note wasthe outstanding
depth of entries in the Environmental Development, Local Government and Young Achiever categories.

The property industries in Victoria and Tasmania should be proud of their achievements, continuing to
perform at world class levels and this year was no exception.
